Retention Permission is being sought for a stand alone beauty parlour at the rear of her existing hairdressers. The application will also include retention permission for an extension to the rear of her existing hairdressers and retention permission for two number apartments on the first floor. Also included in this application is: (a) Alteration to the first floor apartments which will include the reduction of one bedroom in each of the apartments b) An extension to the ground floor hairdressers which will connect the existing hairdressers to the stand alone beauty parlour at the rear (c) The inclusion of private open space to the rear of the site for the use of the first floor apartments
