The development will consist of partial demolition & reconfiguration of existing 5 bed detached (two storey) dwelling for the provision of 2 No. 3 bed (two storey + attic) semi-detached dwellings on the existing site of No. 80a. The development includes: i) demolition of the single storey games room to side of the existing dwelling ii) extension & alterations to the existing single storey bay window & entrance door to the front elevation for provision of new entrance door to proposed house 80b, iii) new velux rooflights to rear at attic level iv) sub-division of existing site to include new boundary walls, a new 3m wide vehicular entrance & pedestrian access gate to existing boundary wall along Tonlegee Road, v) all associated drainage & site development works.
