Permission for the alterations to the existing roadside boundary wall and gate with existing wall, piers and gate removed as required with new stone clad wall and cladded gate installed. Permission is also sought for the following: (I) The construction of a single storey garden room to the western side of the rear garden; (II) A cladded pergola to the southern elevation of our dwelling; and (III) Alterations to the southern elevation with the replacement of an existing window with a new French door and sidelights, and all associated ancillary site development works.
