RETENTION & PERMISSION: The development consists of a single-storey flat roof extension and previously detached converted garage. The development will also consist of the demolition of 3 no. chimneys and alterations to the rear to include new parapet walls to the top of the existing flat roof extensions and garage, with render finishes to match existing, new flat roofs to replace the existing, a new canopy with brickwork piers and a new enlarged opening at ground floor level. The development will also include a new side gate and fence to the side of the house with a new bin and bike store structure behind and associated site works. Refurbishment work will also be undertaken on the existing house.
