Permission is sought for the following:- (A) The construction of a part single storey and part 2-storey extension to the front (north) façade which includes the infilling of an existing car port at ground floor level, creating 28m2 of new floor area, (B) The extension of the existing roof of the existing fascia and soffits, (C) Elevational changes to include (I) Wrapping the entire external envelope of the existing building with insulation and a rendered finish to all facades (II) New windows and doors (III) New water goods etc, and (D) All the necessary and ancillary site works to complete the development.
