PROTECTED STRUCTCURE: planning permission for the following works: alteration to basement level internal layout with formation of a new screen wall to the stairwell, new kitchen layout, provision of folding door to the existing rear snug, reconfiguration of utility and basement entrance area, removal of non original ceiling mouldings and cornicing in the kitchen area, alterations to the glazing and fabric of the existing single storey extension to the rear, alterations to the roof light over the rear return at first floor level, provision of a conservation roof light providing maintenance access to the main roof valley, provision of a glazed canopy to the side passageway, replacing the steel side gate with a new solid timber door, application of a render finish to a section of exposed rubble stone to the side wall, replacement of glazing to the front door fan light with a double glazed obscured glass, infill of redundant door facing onto the side passageway and provision of a 20sqm garden room to the rear.
