The development will consist of: (i) Construction of a first floor part pitched part flat roof extension to side of the existing house; (ii) Widening of the window to existing side dormer at roof level; (iii) Removal of side chimney; (iv) Alterations to all elevations, associated landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate development; (v) Reduction in length of the rear ground floor extension granted under planning application Reg. Ref. 2480/21 by 1.8m.
