The development will consist of (i) removal of prefabricated classroom building with floor area of circa 98 sq.m. and making good to resulting yard area to the side (West) of the main school (ii) construction of new SET building and extension of existing link corridor with total floor area of circa 80 sq.m. (iii) new 2.4m high perimeter fence (iv) modifications to front boundary wall, all with associated site works
