The development will consist of (i) demolition of existing single storey conservatory and construction of a new single storey flat roof extension all to rear of existing dwelling, (ii) alterations to existing front elevation to include new zinc canopy over existing entrance door (iii) alterations to existing side (east) elevation comprising new window & door opes at ground & first floor (iv) increase in height of existing site boundary wall along Maywood Road and widening of existing vehicular entrance along Howth Road (v) all associated drainage & site development works.
