The reconfiguration of the Orlagh Roundabout ( R113 / Scholarstown Road junction ), including: the removal of a traffic lane on the eastern arm of the roundabout ( R113 ), The installation of shared pedestrian / Cyclist facilities, and associated traffic signal and junction layout changes. These works were implemented in 2018 - 2019 under section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, following a cyclist scheme Part 8 public consultation and road safety audits.
