Construction of a two storey flat roof rear extension to consist of a kitchen and lounge at the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom at the first floor. 3. General remodel and partial upgrade of the existing dwelling at both ground floor & first floor to suit the proposed layouts. 4. All drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.
