The proposed development comprises of the demolition of the existing two storey rear return, construction of a two storey rear extension, internal reconfiguration of the existing dwelling, construction of a single storey garden room (10sqm) with adjoining storage area (2.6sqm); and rebuilding of existing stone garden boundary wall to the north east boundary with relocated side entrance.
