Permission is sought for works to the former Shandon Butter Market, Protected Structure PS077, and for change of use from a Craft Centre to a Technology Hub and Enterprise Centre by Recreate Shandon CLG. Proposed works include: 140sqm of new accommodation internally, adaption and upgrade of the building fabric including roofs, floors and walls, service installations, fixtures and equipment, conservation works to the protected structure of Portico structure and the external perimeter walls, fire safety, access and energy efficiency upgrades.
