The proposed development shall consist of: • Demolition of existing single storey extension to rear • Construction of new part two storey part single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling • Construction of a new attic dormer window to the rear on the main /upper roof; • Widening of existing vehicular entrance width to 3.5m; • Alterations to the side of the main / upper roof including new rooflight to front roof slope and new pitched roof to existing front entrance canopy • All associated demolition, internal alterations, site, landscaping and ancillary works.
