Partial demolition of existing single storey rear extension and front porch, the construction of: A) part two storey / part single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling, B) construction of a new front porch, C) conversion of attic space with dormer window to rear of existing dwelling, D) extension of existing shed to the rear of the existing garden and E) widening of the existing site entrance to provide parking for 2 no. vehicles to the front.
