Planning permission for amendments to previously approved planning application Register Reference 2990/21, the amendments will include, 1) a reduction in size of the proposed single storey extension to the rear, with amended internal floor plan, door and window locations, 2) amendments to the first floor extension including internal alterations and a new window to the side at first floor level, 3) removal of the approved dormer window at attic level and inclusion of 2 No Velux roof windows to the rear. All other elements to be as per the plans already submitted.
