Retention permission for the development to be retained consists of the widening of an existing pedestrian entrance to a vehicular entrance including alterations to the front boundary wall and railing to facilitate same, associated motorised access gates, drainage and all associated site works. The vehicular entrance is to allow for periodic food deliveries to the care facility and to provide additional on-site car parking ancillary to the care facility and help alleviate footpath congestion.
